The path
Six folders, one rule, no hurry between them.
This is the lived order of the Confirmation Desk: what is on the blotter, what you are asked to say aloud, and when you are allowed to use the words “trend confirmation.”

The sum
You are given twenty closing prices and nothing else. The first hour is addition. People who have used averages for years still mis-count the session that drops out of the window. That mis-count is useful: it shows the line is a moving debt, not a decoration.

The metal edge
A straightedge goes on the plotted average. Rising, falling, or flat — one word, spoken before any story about the candles. If two neighbours disagree, both marks stay until the edge is laid again.

The failed cross
The packet includes a cross that looked finished and was not. You write the missing piece in the margin. Han Sora is in the room for this evening and will not accept “the market changed its mind” as the missing piece.

The close’s vote
Fifteen closes, each labeled above, through, or under. Wicks are drawn and then ignored for the vote. A run of “through” is left as an argument. Trend confirmation is withheld.

Two lines
The 20 and the 50 share a sheet. Agreement is stricter than a pretty short average. You practice saying unconfirmed while the shorter line rises and the longer one does not.

A chart you have not touched
You write your rule as a paragraph a stranger could apply, then you apply it to a fresh sheet from the pack. Lim reads it with you. If the paragraph cheats — if it smuggles in a hunch — you rewrite it before you stand up.
What to carry up the stairs
A pencil, a plain ruler, and one daily chart you already care about. The pack supplies the teaching sheets. Leave screens in your bag; the blotter is not wide enough for both.
Dates are set when a month has at least four confirmed places, up to eight. The rate is ₩890,000, written out on the rates page.
