Refunds and cancelled sittings

These rules apply to fees paid to Cognit Trellis for the Confirmation Desk, a Chart Sitting, or the Weekend Average Drill at 90 Jungang-ro, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, 57932. They match the way those lessons are actually delivered: in a room, on paper, on a named date.

Eligibility

You may request a refund of a fee you paid if you cancel within the windows below, if we cancel a sitting, or if a drill does not reach the minimum number of people. A request should come from the email address used to book, or by phone on 061-752-4088, so we can match it to the transfer.

Timeframes and conditions

Confirmation Desk: cancel fourteen or more days before the first evening for a full refund of the fee. Between seven and thirteen days before the first evening, we refund the fee minus ₩80,000 if the printed chart pack has already been prepared for you. Inside seven days, we keep the pack cost if the pack was prepared and thirty percent of the remaining fee, and we return the rest. If you have already attended one or more evenings, the fee for evenings held is kept as delivered teaching; remaining evenings are refunded in equal shares of the original fee, minus the pack cost if you keep the pack.

Chart Sitting: cancel at least forty-eight hours before the sitting for a full refund. Inside forty-eight hours we keep half the fee and return half. A sitting already held is delivered work and is not refunded.

Weekend Average Drill: cancel at least seventy-two hours before Saturday for a full refund, because the shared packet is counted for the table. Inside seventy-two hours we keep half. If fewer than five people are enrolled and we call off that Saturday, you may take the next date or a full refund.

Non-refundable items

Chart packs and drill packets that have been handed to you stay with you, and the fee tied to those printed sheets is kept. Evenings or hours already taught are kept as delivered teaching.

Deposits, no-shows, rescheduling

We do not take a separate deposit; the lesson fee is paid in full to hold the chair. One reschedule is available if you write or call before 15:00 Korea time on the day of the sitting and we still have a later chair in the same season. A no-show without that notice is treated as an evening or hour held: the fee for that portion is kept, and we do not automatically offer another date.

Work already started

Once a Confirmation Desk evening has begun, that evening counts as started. Later evenings can still be refunded on the pro-rata basis above if you withdraw. A Chart Sitting that has begun is complete for refund purposes even if you leave early.

If we cancel

If we cancel because of illness, a building closure, or a holiday we failed to move in time, you choose a replacement date or a refund of the unused portion, including a full refund when nothing has been taught. We confirm the choice by email.

Process, method, and timing

Email info@cognittrellis.click with your name, the lesson, and the date. We reply within five working days with the amount. Refunds go back to the same bank account that paid the fee, within ten business days after we agree the amount. We do not refund to a different name unless the original payer writes to authorise it.
